The Linden Sapwood is the soft part located between the tree and the bark, known as a plant drainer and promoting digestive well-being .

This is the wild Linden sapwood of Roussillon which, since 1916, has given rise to the research of François Domenach and the many therapists who have been interested in it.
No other terroir, no other provenance, seems to be able to express the same virtues and the same benefits!

This is why “La Gravelline” offers lime sapwood with very specific guarantees:
• Wild linden sapwood from Roussillon to the exclusion of any other source.
• Harvest between 700 and 1,100 meters above sea level.
• Harvest carried out at the time of the greatest sap flow, guaranteeing the maximum number of active ingredients.
• Pure sapwood in which all elements of the bark have disappeared; only the active part remains.

Properties :

Use :
Put 3 to 4 sticks (30 to 40 grams) of lime sapwood in a liter of cold water and bring to the boil.
Let reduce over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Filter if necessary. The decoction thus obtained, yellow-orange to red in color, must be drunk within 24 hours, hot or cold, preferably between meals.

For better effectiveness of the treatment, we suggest the following precautions:
• Always choose water with very low mineralization (dry residues less than 60 milligrams per liter).
• Accompany your additional daily hydration with glasses of water with a little lemon.
• Eliminate, at least for the duration of the treatment, all foods which promote the scaling of uric waste (red meats, offal, game, etc.) and oxalic waste (sorrel, rhubarb, spinach, asparagus).
• Reduce or eliminate dairy products (especially those with cooked dough) during these 20 days.

The possible appearance of greasy spots on the bag is a natural phenomenon which indicates a normal presence of sap in the sapwood.
Store in a dry place and protected from humidity.
