What is Scots Pine?
The Scots pine belongs to the vast family of conifers, belonging to the genus Pinus, which itself contains 111 species. Native to central and northern Europe, from northern Asia to eastern Siberia, as well as the mountains of the northern Middle East.
This is the best known and most commonly used in Naturopathy, particularly in herbal medicine.
In gemmotherapy, it is the buds that are used but in the hydroalcoholic extract product, it is the fresh pine needles.
Scots pine needles are traditionally used to clear the bronchi and help with better breathing in the event of a cold.
It is a tree that is easily recognized with its scale-shaped bark, the tree is quite slender and tall.
How to use Scots Pine Needle Extract?
Directions for use:
Daily intake 300mg of plant.
Take 25 drops in a glass of water, 3 times a day
Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
