Usage tips :
Rinse your menstrual cup with cold water, then wash it with MISSCUP organic intimate gel.
Place your cup in the sterilizer with the stem down.
Fill your sterilizer with cold water, then close it. Heat for 1 minute in your microwave.
Your cup is sterilized. Store it in the sterilizer which is also a storage box, until the start of the next cycle.
