How to use organic Katafray essential oil, Herbs and Traditions?

EXTERNALLY

Use: Cosmetic.
Dosage: Dilute 3 drops in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Massage the mixture onto the body once a day. Use immediately after mixing.
