Breakfast Energy Bowl

Start your day with an energy bowl full of flavor and nutrients! This quick and simple recipe is based on AlcaMatin from Jentschura, a food rich in essential minerals and trace elements, accompanied by dried fruits, almond puree and oat milk. A complete and delicious breakfast that will give you the energy you need to face the day.

Ingredients of the breakfast energy bowl.

Ingredients :

  • 3 tablespoons of AlcaMatin from Jentschura
  • 3 dried Pural dates, pitted and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Pural hazelnuts, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of Jean Hervé almond puree
  • 2 tablespoons Le Sillon sultana raisins
  • 1 banana
  • 150 ml Lima oat milk

Preparation of the breakfast energy bowl.

Instructions :

  1. Prepare Alca morning like this: mix 3 tbsp of AlcaMatin in approx. 120 – 140 ml of boiling water and leave to stand for 1 or 2 minutes.
  2. Pour in the oat milk, almond puree and mix well with the Alca morning until you obtain a creamy consistency.
  3. Add the dried dates, crushed hazelnuts and raisins.
  4. Mix.
  5. You can add fresh fruit, like banana, extra seeds or nuts for a touch of crunch and flavor.
  6. Enjoy immediately and enjoy this nourishing and delicious breakfast!

Advice :

  • You can prepare your energy bowl the day before and store it in the refrigerator for a quick and convenient breakfast.
  • If you don't have oat milk, you can substitute another type of plant-based milk, such as almond milk or coconut milk.
  • For an even more delicious energy bowl, you can add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
