Organic Coconut Whipping Cream can be used in the same way as classic whipped cream. It is perfect for garnishing cakes, pies, fresh fruit and frozen desserts. It can also be used to prepare sauces, mousses and smoothies.
Advice:
- To obtain a firm whipped cream, place the can in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours before using it.
