Mix'Pâtisserie should be used like usual flour. The baking powder is already incorporated in the right proportion. This mixture adapts to many recipes, both sweet and savory. It guarantees the creation of tasty pie crusts, soft pancakes and light cakes.

Usage tips :

Use the Mix'Pâtisserie like your usual flour (the baking powder is already incorporated).

Recipe ideas:

Sweet pie dough :
1 egg, 40g margarine, 40g (2 tablespoons) sugar.
Preparation :
1) Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2) Mix 180g of Mix'Pâtisserie with all the ingredients.
3) Knead until you obtain a ball, then spread using a rolling pin between a sheet of baking paper (on the work surface) and a transparent fresh film on top.
4) Precook the dough for 10 min., then garnish, and bake again for 15-20 min. before enjoying!

Muffins or savory cakes:
For the basic dough: 2 eggs, 150g of Mix'Pâtisserie, 5cl of olive oil, 10cl of milk (vegetable or animal), salt and pepper.
Preparation :
1) Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2) Mix the oil, milk and eggs. Salt and pepper, then add the Mix’Pâtisserie. Mix and add the toppings of your choice (vegetables, spices, cheese, etc.).
3) Place in the molds (a large cake mold or several muffin molds).
4) Bake for 20 min. for muffins or 30 min. for the cake.
