How to use Naturège digestive herbal tea?

Take 1 to 3 herbal teas per day.

Infusion: Pour a teaspoon of aniseed mixture into 250 mL of boiling water, bring to the boil for 3 minutes and leave to infuse for 3 to 10 minutes.

Drink hot or cold. Decoction: Throw the plant into boiling water, and keep boiling for 10 minutes.
