External use

Preparation of the dough: Pour the necessary quantity of crushed green clay into a large salad bowl, then cover with spring or sea water (2 cm above the pieces). Allow the clay to absorb the water for 2 hours. Mix to obtain a smooth paste, then apply and leave for 1 to 2 hours, or even overnight, provided you cover it with plastic film to retain its initial humidity.

Preparation of a poultice: Place 2 cm of green clay paste on a fine cloth. Fold the 4 corners. Apply this plaster directly to the desired location. Secure with a band.
