How to use Altho organic white broth infusion?

Usage tips

2g (1 teaspoon) per cup as a decoction.

- Infusion: concerns the majority of herbal tea plants: flowers, leaves, small seeds. In this case, it involves watering the plants with boiling water and letting them infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.

- Decoction: suitable for tough plants: roots, bark, branches. It consists of boiling the chosen plants in water for a few minutes. The thicker and harder the plant, the longer the decoction should be (3 to 5 min.).

- Dosage: vary the concentration and infusion duration to discover what suits you.
