How to use SFB Super Activated Vegetable Charcoal + Blueberry?

- Prevention :

2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water, if no medication. Otherwise mid-morning.

- Processing :

1 to 2 capsules, 2 to 4 times a day, outside of meals for 7 to 10 days or during an entire stay in a country at risk (4-6 capsules per dose).

Super activated charcoal can be taken occasionally for 1 to 3 days, following poisoning for example or a period of great stress...

A delay of at least two hours must be respected between taking the charcoal and that of the medications.
