Description of Lithothamnium Health Vector.

Lithothamnium is a red algae that grows naturally in the sandy bottoms of certain bays, at a depth of about thirty meters. Its very slow growth and its remarkably porous structure allow it to filter and absorb efficiently all the precious nutrients of the ocean, including Calcium and Magnesium.

This algae is composed mainly of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) at a rate of 87.5%, which is equivalent to an average concentration of 30% elemental Calcium.
