How to use Eric Favre vegan proteins?

Usage tips
On training days: take 1 measure of 30g in the morning then before and after training to provide the muscles with the proteins necessary for muscle development.
On rest days: take 2 measures of 30g per day, preferably in the morning and evening.
To prepare the drink: 1 measuring spoon 30g. Add 1 scoop of 30g to 150ml of water or 200ml of skimmed milk, mix vigorously and enjoy.
