Nearly 30 years ago, Arche was a store specializing in the sale of macrobiotic food products. Renowned and recognized throughout Germany for its artisanally produced products, respecting the macrobiotic tradition, Arche quickly realized that it was essential to preserve this philosophy threatened by industrial production.

In partnership with its trusted artisanal producers, the company therefore launched into the marketing of macrobiotic foods under its own brand, Arche. All of the brand's products are vegan, mostly organic and some are gluten-free.
