Omega-3s have important physiological effects. Omega-3s contribute to the proper functioning of the heart and are beneficial for mood and emotional balance.

Certain fatty acids are called “essential” because the body cannot synthesize them on its own. They must therefore be provided through food and food supplements. These fatty acids participate in the proper functioning of the body.

The combination of 3 unique oils: borage, salmon and flax guarantees an optimal intake of essential fatty acids: omega-3, 6 and 9.

-Fish oil provides EPA/DHA omega-3 fatty acids: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

-The linseed oil contained in this complex is of organic origin. Linseed oil is a unique source in the plant world of polyunsaturated fatty acids: alpha linolenic (omega-3 up to 50%) and cis-linoleic acid (omega-6) as well as monounsaturated fatty acid: oleic acid (omega-9).

-Borage oil is a source of gamma-linolenic acid, GLA.

The latter two are first cold pressed vegetable oils and above all guaranteed free of hexane, a solvent toxic to the central nervous system often commonly used in extraction processes.

How to use the Omega 3, 6 and 9 supplement from Vit'all+?

Dosage:

1 to 4 capsules per day preferably with meals or on the recommendation of a therapist

Cure of 2 months minimum recommended, renewable.
