How to use tropical basil essential oil?

Oral route: possible on the advice of a specialist doctor

On the skin: preferably diluted.

Stress: Pure or diluted, at a rate of 4 drops for 1 tsp. teaspoon of vegetable oil, massage on the solar plexus, stomach, lower abdomen and lower back depending on the problems. For hiccups, a trace on the tongue.

Digestion: 2 to 3 drops in brief massage on the stomach and liver.

Diffusion:

It is diffused alone or in combination with citrus or pine essences... For relaxation, freshness.

Note: Very close to tarragon essential oil (artemisia dracunculus), tropical basil essential oil is however less rich in the active ingredient methylchiavicol. This gives tarragon essential oil much greater effectiveness in treating hay fever, for example, or internal nervous spasms.
