B vitamins promote hair growth. Vitamins B1, B2, B3 promote hair growth and vitamins B5, B8 stimulate hair follicles and help regulate sebum secretion. Finally, vitamins B6 and B9 stimulate the synthesis of keratin.

Per capsule: 300 mg of keratin (CynaPlus®) extracted from sheep's wool, 50% AR of B vitamins (0.55 mg of vitamin B1, 0.7 mg of vitamin B2, 8 mg of vitamin B3, 3 mg of vitamin B5, 0.7 mg vitamin B6, 25 µg vitamin B8, 100 µg vitamin B9, 1.25 µg vitamin B12). 50% AR of vitamins C (40 mg). 50% of AR zinc (5 mg zinc).
