The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define, exclusively, by reason of the relationships they establish on the Internet network, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from the online sale of the Products offered on the Site.

The Site allows the full sale of essential oils, cosmetic ingredients, and dietary supplements (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") to Internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). The User who has validated an order will be referred to as the "Customer". The rights and obligations of the User necessarily apply to the Customer.

Any order for a Product offered on the Site implies consultation and express acceptance of these general conditions of sale and withdrawal, demonstrated by checking the box "I declare that I have read and accepted the general conditions of sale in full and that I am informed of my right of withdrawal."

In the event of unavailability of one of the Products, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

The photographs and texts illustrating the Products do not fall within the contractual scope.

Use of essential oils for therapeutic purposes

Essential oils are not harmless products and contain very high percentages of active substances. Pleine forme does not encourage self-medication.

The information provided on the Site is taken from aromatherapy reference works. Provided for informational purposes only, it does not constitute medical information or engage the liability of Pleine Forme.

For any use of essential oils for therapeutic purposes, Plein Forme reminds you of the need to consult a doctor or pharmacist competent in aromatherapy.

Article 3 - Price

Prices are quoted in Euros and are valid for European Union territories excluding French overseas territories. They include any discounts and French VAT applicable on the day of the order.

The prices indicated on the Site are guaranteed on the day of the order within the limits of available stocks, and except for obvious typographical errors or omissions.

The prices indicated do not include shipping costs which will be charged in addition or offered free of charge depending on the amount of the order and the country of delivery, and will be specified to the User when the order is finally validated.

Pleine forme reserves the right, which the User accepts, to modify its prices at any time.

Article 4 - Registration and validation of order

4.1 Navigation within the Site


The User can learn about the different Products offered for sale by Pleine Forme on its Site.

The User can freely navigate the different pages of the Site without being committed to an order.

4.2 Recording an order


If the User wishes to place an order, he will choose the different Products in which he is interested, and will express said interest by clicking on the “basket” icon.

At any time, the User may:


obtain a summary of the Products he has selected, by clicking on the basket.

To order the Products that he has thus chosen, after having clicked on "continue my purchases", all Users must identify themselves by entering their email address and the password that they previously chose when creating their account, or, if this is their first order, by clicking on "registration". In the latter case, the User must accurately fill out the form made available to them, on which they will include the information necessary for their identification, including their surname, first name, and postal address. In addition, the User must provide their email address and a password of their choice that will be personal and confidential and which they will need to subsequently identify themselves on the Site.

The User is informed and accepts that entering these two identifiers constitutes proof of his identity and indicates his consent.

Once the User has been identified, he/she must validate the delivery address (as specified in Article 5 below) and then an order form will appear on the screen, summarizing: the nature, quantity and price of the Products selected by the User, as well as the total amount of the order, the shipping costs, the delivery time, the User's contact details, the delivery address of the Products.

4.3 Final validation of the order and payment


After having acknowledged the status of his order, and once all the requested information has been completed by the User, a summary of this information and of the order will appear and the latter will have to choose the payment method with which he wishes to make his payment to definitively confirm his order.

Orders are payable in:

euros by French or international bank card, or

by transfer via PayPal.


It is specified that by making an immediate payment by credit card, the User will then be automatically transferred to the electronic payment server of the secure payment platform. This platform is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption in order to protect all data related to payment methods, and that at no time will the User's banking data pass through the Pleine Forme computer system.

As soon as the User validates their payment, the order is registered. The User becomes a Customer. The order form will be recorded in Pleine Forme's computer records and will be considered proof of the contractual relationship between the Parties.

In accordance with Article 6 below, the Customer has a right of withdrawal and reimbursement, for a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the Products by the Customer.

4.4 Confirmation of the order


An order summary will be displayed once the order has been validated.

This confirmation will include all the constituent elements of the contract entered into between the Parties.

This order summary will also be sent by email to the Customer within minutes of their purchase.

The Customer will then have access to "track their order" by clicking on "my account" and identifying themselves with their email address and password.

4.5 Modification of an order


Tracking of past orders is accessible from the “My Account” menu.

To modify an order, it is necessary to cancel the order, put it back in the basket and then correct it as desired before confirming it.

Modifying or canceling an order is only possible when its status is “Registered”.

An order placed in “in preparation” or “shipped” status can no longer be modified.

Article 5 - Delivery

5.1 Shipping times and methods


Your orders are processed as quickly as possible by Customer Service and Shipping, open from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive.

Orders are prepared upon receipt of payment; payment by credit card guarantees speedy processing of your order.

Shipments take place within 48 working hours following receipt of payment for your order, unless otherwise stated on the “basket” page.

After being shipped by our Shipping Department, your order will be delivered in 2 to 7 days by postal parcel (tracked Colissimo) or Mondial Relay (€4.30 or €6.55 depending on the carrier chosen). If you have chosen these shipping options or if the shipping costs are free.

These deadlines are in working days, excluding postal delivery problems.

5.2 Delay / failure to deliver

Loss of package during transport


Colissimo and Mondial Relay are very reliable services. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delivery delay or the package may go astray. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days, the Customer must inform Pleine Forme customer service, which will forward the information to the Post Office to initiate an investigation. This investigation can last up to 21 days from the date it is opened. If the package is found during this period, it will be immediately rerouted to the Customer's home (in the majority of cases). If, however, the package is not found after the 21-day investigation period, Colissimo considers the package lost. In this case, Pleine Forme will send the Customer a replacement package at its expense. If the lost product(s) are no longer available at that time, Pleine Forme will reimburse the Customer for the cost of these products.

5.3 Anomalies


Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, open package, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be photographed and reported to Pleine Forme via customer service (available at 02 47 20 49 17). Pleine Forme will return the replacement product(s) to the Customer at its expense.

Article 6 - Return and right of withdrawal

The Customer has a right of return of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the entire order to withdraw without necessarily giving a reason.

The withdrawal form can be used to facilitate processing.

Refund

In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, Pleine Forme will reimburse the payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which Pleine Forme is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

In the event of withdrawal by the Customer on the entirety of their order, Pleine Forme will reimburse all payments received from the Customer for this order.

In the event of withdrawal by the Customer on part of the Products in the order, Pleine Forme will reimburse the amount of the returned Products.

The refund will be made by bank transfer.

Pleine Forme may defer this reimbursement until receipt and verification of the Products.

Return of products

The Customer must return the Products no later than fourteen (14) days after having communicated his decision to withdraw.

Returned products must be unopened, complete and undamaged.

If the defect is proven, Pleine Forme undertakes to exchange or refund defective or non-compliant products as well as any return costs within fourteen (14) days.

Article 8 - Information technology and freedoms


Providing personal information collected for distance selling is mandatory, as this information is necessary for processing and delivering orders and for issuing invoices. This information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

In accordance with Article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978, the Client has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you.

Article 9 - Disputes

This contract is subject to French law. Plein Forme cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, which could result from the improper use of the products sold.

In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the Client has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of a professional association in the sector, a consumer association or any other advisor of his choice.

Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive kindness, good faith always being presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situation. In the event of a dispute, the Customer will contact the company as a priority to obtain an amicable solution.

The Commercial Court of Tours has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
