Lima is the result of the meeting between Pierre Gevaert, Belgian, and Georges Ohsawa, Japanese, founder of Macrobiotics.
Inspired by the philosophy of Yin and Yang advocated by Georges, Pierre decided in 1957 to create the Lima brand, offering natural, healthy and plant-based food products.
