*Product from organic farming.

Usage tips :
- Above all, your utensils must be perfectly clean.
- Then use cow's or goat's milk...
- Dissolve the ferment in two tablespoons of milk, then gradually pour in the liter of milk. (1 sachet=1 pod)
- Pour into a bottle or other container that can close tightly.
- Leave to ferment for 24 hours at room temperature.
- As soon as it solidifies, refrigerate. To enjoy by the glass, shake the bottle well to obtain a smooth drink.
- You can re-inoculate milk kefir by taking a glass of kefir and putting it in a liter of milk. Follow the same preparation method as before.
