Heather : helps to forget one's own condition in order to reduce the audience given to one's fears, and to be truly concerned about others and to be able to listen to them.

Helianthema : gives strength and courage to face and hold on.

Chestnut Bud : calms the mind towards those for whom we worry excessively.

Mimule : to live better and overcome the little fears of everyday life.

Prunus : brings mental and emotional solidity when you feel that you are going to lose control of your nerves, of your person.

Trembles : soothes when a vague or indecisive threat forms within us or is felt around us.
