How to use Propolis extract drops?

Usage

-For curative purposes, take 7 drops in water or fruit juice 3 times a day. (21 drops provide 80 mg of propolis extract).

-For preventative purposes, to strengthen your natural defenses and get through winter with peace of mind, they are generally used in a 28-day course as follows: 1 drop on the 1st day, 2 drops on the 2nd day, 3 drops on the 3rd day, etc., up to 14 drops on the 14th day, and then decrease the dose: 13 drops on the 15th day, 12 drops on the 16th day, etc.
