Fine lavender essential oil
Of the Lamiaceae family, lavender or true or fine lavender is the most prized. Originally from the low mountains of the Mediterranean basin, it grows at altitude above 1000 meters.
We distinguish between cultivated lavender and the rarer wild lavender which grows above 1300m altitude.

On the skin :
True Lavender essential oil is used pure or very slightly diluted, directly on the skin.
In case of extreme allergic sensitivity of the person, it can also be diluted to 20% in a vegetable oil of jojoba, sweet almond or other.
In broadcast :
It is used a lot in diffusion, alone or combined with citrus fruits and Eucalyptus. You can breathe it on a tissue, put a few drops on the pillow
Body care :
To prevent and keep lice away, 1 to 2 drops, pure or slightly diluted, behind the ears every morning.
For beauty treatments, it is combined with essential oils of Cistus, Helichrysum, Rose Geranium and Neroli. Diluted in vegetable oils of jojoba, argan, Chilean rosehip, borage, etc.
For a relaxing bath, mix 5 drops of Lavender, Mandarin and Ylang-ylang essential oils in a large tablespoon of powdered milk. And dilute in bath water.
In the kitchen :
To flavor sorbets and desserts. Count 10 drops for half a liter of preparation.
