How to use SFB's Super Activated Vegetable Charcoal + Blueberry?

Instructions for use

2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water, if no medication is being taken. Otherwise, in the middle of the morning.

- As a treatment:

1 to 2 capsules, 2 to 4 times a day, between meals for 7 to 10 days or throughout a stay in a high-risk country (4-6 capsules per dose).
