High quality glycerin, 100% natural.

Obtained from rapeseed vegetable oil, glycerin is recommended to improve the moisturizing power of your cream, milk, gel or shampoo formulations thanks to its humectant properties. With a liquid and thick texture, it is found in many cosmetic products. Soluble in water and alcohol. Not soluble in oil. Glycerin is added to the aqueous phase of the product.

Dosage indications: 1 to 5% of the total weight of your preparation.

Note: The effect reverses beyond a concentration greater than 10%, especially when the product is not intended to be rinsed (like a cream or milk): the glycerin then dries the skin instead of 'hydrate. Beyond 5%, certain skins may react badly and observe a heating effect.
