What is Ravintsara?

Ravintsara is a camphor tree, from the laurel family, with evergreen leaves that have yellow flowers and small red berries. This camphor tree is particularly known for being an ingredient in tiger balm. Originally from China, ravintsara was introduced to Madagascar over a century ago. The Malagasy climate and soil have allowed it to develop different properties and benefits in the use of its leaves. Its name, ravintsara, comes from the Malagasy translation which means "good leaf", "ravin" for leaf and "tsara" for good!

How to use Betsara Ravintsara essential oil?

From 6 years old and for adults:

• Cutaneous route: 3 drops of Ravintsara to be spread on the lower back, along the spine and on the chest, 4 to 5 times a day, until improvement.
• Oral route: 1 drop of Ravintsara in a teaspoon of honey or olive oil or on a sugar cube, 4 times a day, until improvement.
