The use of ear candles has been a practice known for millennia.

Today, they are mainly used as a "natural treatment" to promote rest and relaxation for the whole family in order to face the hectic and stressful everyday life more serenely.

Use

• Lie on your side with your head on the pillow or on your assistant's lap.
• Your partner must adapt the candle to the ear canal by twisting and pressing to obtain a good seal.
• He or she must keep the candle vertical.
• Let it burn up to the safety mark (red line).
• Remove it carefully and immerse the remainder of the candle in the glass of water provided for this purpose.
• You must repeat the application to the other ear with the second candle.

The ear being the center of balance, it is necessary to take care of both ears.

After the session, it is strongly recommended to remain quiet and lying down for at least 10 minutes.

Caution

- For safety reasons, the help of an assistant is recommended.

- Avoid any draft in the room where you will practice the ear candle session.

- Bring a glass of water to extinguish the candle at the end of the session.

- Cover the hair in the ear area with a cloth.

Security

The candles are equipped with an extinguishing mark and a safety filter which make their use easy and safe.
