Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 and Directive 2023/2673 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email) to the following address:

Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice, where applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Products

You must send back or return the goods, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
• Goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (e.g., pantry items, gluten-free, vegan, etc.);
• Goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
• Audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
