Right of withdrawal – 14 days
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 and Directive 2023/2673 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email) to the following address:
Boutique Pleine-Forme
Website: pleine-forme.net
Email: dietpleineformetours@gmail.com
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of your withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice, if applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of Products
You must return or hand over the goods, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you communicated your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you.
