Cod liver oil (Gadus morrhua)* (810 mg) naturally rich in Vitamin A and D3 including natural Vitamin E (0.81 mg) or 0.54 mg alpha-tocopherol - Marine capsule (qsp 360 mg): marine gelatin + glycerin + water

*3 capsules provide Vitamin A (retinol) 30% of the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance), Vitamin D3 (calciferol) 40% of the RDA and Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) 4.5% of the RDA.
