How to use Mico-Sol, Agaricus Blazei Organic, from Hifas da Terra?
Recommended daily dose: 1 to 2 capsules - or as medically prescribed - in the morning, preceded by one or two Askorbato K-HdT tablets (rich in vitamin C and antioxidants) to promote the absorption of beta-glucans.
Recommended duration of intake: Minimum 60 days.
