Use of birch sap:

½ glass in the morning on an empty stomach (7 cl)

1 bottle represents 7 days of use.

After opening, store the bottle in the refrigerator.

Birch sap as a cure:

To take a complete birch sap cure, the ideal is to consume it for 3 weeks (3 bottles). The cures are to be drunk either during the changing seasons spring and autumn, or regularly throughout the year.
