How to use Dietaroma Premenstrual Syndrome, Cycle Comfort?
Instructions for use:
Take 2 tablets daily with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning.
Start about 12 days before your period is expected and continue for 3 days after.
For optimal effect, we recommend continuing to take the product for at least 3 cycles.
