How to use Vit&Mine?

Take with a large glass of water at the start of a meal:

1 to 3 capsules per day, in the morning, for 10 to 20 days.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Cannot replace a varied and balanced diet.
