How to use organic Ravintsara infusion?

One to three times a day, pour very hot but not boiling water (70-80°) over a sachet of Ravintsara leaf herbal tea and let it infuse for 6 to 8 minutes. According to your taste, add a spoon of Thyme honey.

What is Ravintsara?

Ravintsara is a camphor tree, from the laurel family, with evergreen leaves, yellow flowers, and small red berries. This camphor tree is notably known for being an ingredient in tiger balm. Originally from China, ravintsara was introduced to Madagascar over a century ago. The Malagasy climate and soil have allowed it to develop different properties and benefits in the use of its leaves. Its name, ravintsara, comes from the Malagasy translation meaning "good leaf," "ravin" for leaf and "tsara" for good!
