How to use the Tensifit Garlic+Olive+Hawthorn complex?

Dosage:

Adults: 3x 1 capsule per day, to be taken with a glass of water.

Garlic oil macerate (Allium sativum (bulb)) 510mg | Olive leaf oil macerate (Olea europea (leaf)) 300mg | Hawthorn oil macerate (Crataegus laevigata (leaf)) 180mg | Gelling agent: glycerol, sorbitol: water vitamin E.
