Marakura Shiro Miso Shiro Miso is a young variety of miso, which is characterized by a very mild, almost sweet taste. To achieve this result, industrial production often resorts to additives such as sugar, artificial sweeteners and whitening agents. None of this, of course, in Lima Shiro Miso which owes its sweetness to Amazake and contains twice as much koji which allows for exceptional assimilation of nutrients.
