How to use Silicon Mouthwash?

USING ADVICE

Take 20 ml using the measuring cap after each toothbrushing, clean your mouth for 30 seconds, then spit it out. Do not swallow.

For enhanced oral hygiene, use AQUASILICE toothpastes in addition.
