How to use Ladrôme organic elderberry syrup?

Shake the bottle before use. 2 to 3 times a day, a tablespoon (i.e. 20 to 30 ml per day) pure or diluted in a little water or fruit juice.

Wheat syrup* (guaranteed gluten-free), elderberries* (Sambucus nigra) 20%, elderflower extract* (Sambucus nigra) 10%, concentrated lemon juice*.
