How to use gluten-free organic chocolate cake mix?

Usage tips :

To make the gluten-free chocolate cake (approximately 8 pieces):
Provide the following ingredients: 60 ml of milk or vegetable drink, 90 g of butter or margarine, 3 whole eggs.

Preparation :
1) Preheat your oven to 180°C. Pour the mixture into a salad bowl and add the milk, melted butter and eggs.
2) Mix with a hand whisk or electric mixer for a few minutes until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
3) Pour into a previously buttered mold and cook for about 30 minutes

Variation in gluten-free cookies (around 25 cookies):
Provide the following ingredients: 60g butter (or margarine), 1 whole egg

Preparation :
1) Preheat your oven to 180°C. Pour the mixture into a salad bowl and add the melted butter and the egg.
2) Knead manually then shape into small balls the size of a walnut; arrange them on a
baking tray covered with baking paper and flatten them to approximately 5 cm in diameter by 0.5 cm thick (space them 2 cm apart).
