Usage tips:

About 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner. Adults and children from 12 years old: 7.5 ml twice a day Children 6 – 12 years old: 10 ml per day. Children 3 – 5 years old: 5 ml per day. In case of greater needs (pregnancy, breastfeeding, sport), the daily dosage can be doubled on the indication of the doctor or midwife. Coffee, tea, tetracyclines, antacids, dairy products, vitamin E reduce iron absorption. This is why after taking one of these substances, it is recommended to wait 2 hours before ingesting Floradix Iron + plants

Composition of Floravital Fer + plants®:

• plants (hibiscus, chamomile, fennel, spinach)
• fruit/vegetable juice (grape, pear, water, redcurrant juice, cherry, blackberry, carrot)
• Iron
• Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C

*In addition to iron, vitamins B2, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism and reduce fatigue.

Aqueous plant extract (70%) of:

hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita), fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), spinach leaf (Spinacia oleracea).

Blend of concentrated fruit juices (27%) of: grape, pear, water, redcurrant juice, cherry, blackberry, carrot. Iron (iron gluconate), aqueous extract of rose hip (Rosa canina) with 4% vitamin C, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin phosphate), vitamin B1 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
