How to use Ma vie sans gluten Organic Pastry Mix?

Usage tips:

Use the Pastry Mix like your usual flour (baking powder is already incorporated).

Recipe ideas:

Sweet pie crust:
1 egg, 40g margarine, 40g (2 tablespoons) sugar.
Preparation:
1) Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2) Mix 180g of Pastry Mix with all ingredients.
3) Knead until a ball is formed, then roll out with a rolling pin between a sheet of baking paper (on the work surface) and a transparent cling film on top.
4) Pre-bake the dough for 10 min., then fill, and bake again for 15-20 min. before enjoying!

Savory muffins or cakes:
For the basic dough: 2 eggs, 150g Pastry Mix, 5cl olive oil, 10cl milk (plant-based or animal), salt and pepper.
Preparation:
1) Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2) Mix the oil, milk, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper, then add the Pastry Mix. Mix and add your choice of fillings (vegetables, spices, cheese…).
3) Pour into molds (one large cake mold or several muffin molds).
4) Bake for 20 min. for muffins or 30 min. for cake.
