Cod liver oil (Gadus morrhua)* (810 mg) naturally rich in Vitamin A and D3 including natural Vitamin E (0.81 mg) or 0.54 mg alpha-tocopherol - Marine capsule (qsp 360 mg): marine gelatin + glycerin + water

*3 capsules provide 30% of the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) in Vitamin A (retinol), 40% of the RDA in Vitamin D3 (calciferol) and 4.5% of the RDA in Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol).
