USAGE TIPS

Place the bag of seaweed under the tap and run hot water for a few moments. Fill the bathtub to 37°. When the tub is almost full, add the contents of the essential oil bottle.

Massage your body with the bag, paying particular attention to joints, cellulite regions and painful areas.

Get into the habit of taking Alg-Essences treatments in the spring and fall, 3 baths per week.
