Take a well-deserved break from daily stress and join us for an afternoon of body exploration and relaxation with our Anti-Gymnastics workshop.
This unique approach, focused on body awareness, was developed in the early 1970s by the French physiotherapist: Thérèse Bertherat, author of the best-selling book: "The body has its reasons".
This method is suitable for all bodies and all ages, in order to improve mobility and muscle tone.
Please note: come dressed comfortably! (we do not have a changing room)
