How to use the Buckwheat Mix'pain, My gluten-free life?
Hand preparation:
1°-in a large salad bowl, mix with a wooden spoon
the contents of the sachet + the leaven, the oil and the water. 2°-When the texture of the dough (identical to a cake dough
thick) is homogeneous, aerate the dough by lifting it with the spoon for 1 minute.
3°-Drop the preparation
in a cake mold, cover with a slightly damp cloth and leave to rise in a room at 20-22°C for 1.5 to 2 hours. 4°-Cook for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
Preparation in the bread machine (MAP): this recipe works very well in the bread machine. Before launching your MAP program, we advise you to carry out steps 1° and 2° before placing the dough in the bowl to guarantee a homogeneous and airy bread crumb.
