Manual
Take 2 teaspoons per cup. Sprinkle the flowers with boiling water and leave to soak for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on taste).
Drink 1 to 3 infusions per day and in the evening.
Can be consumed as a cure or continuously throughout the year.
