How to take Infla'Zen?
2 capsules per day during a meal containing some fat (optimizes the absorption of turmeric and boswellia).
Chronic pain: 2 to 3-month course.
Athletic recovery: 4 to 8 weeks during periods of intensive training.
Maintenance: 4 weeks per quarter from age 45-50.
