A fruity, colorful and nutrient-dense bowl, ready in seconds. Iswari's Buddha's Awakening Açaí, Strawberry and Banana brings together three fruits in an organic, instant, gluten-free and vegan buckwheat-based blend. Strawberry powder, banana powder and freeze-dried açaí give this porridge a natural fruity vibrancy, with no artificial flavors or added sugar. For those who love to start their day with color and taste.

Why this blend makes the difference

Açaí (Euterpe oleracea), a freeze-dried Amazonian berry in powder form, is the signature ingredient of this blend. Naturally rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants (anthocyanins) and vitamin E, it provides a characteristic intense purple color and a slightly chocolatey flavor that pairs perfectly with strawberry and banana.

The base remains organic ground and activated (sprouted) buckwheat — gluten-free, rich in plant proteins, magnesium and manganese. Ground chia and flax seeds round out the lipid profile. Lucuma and coconut sugar provide natural sweetness. Ground almonds add creaminess and satiety.

Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, rich in potassium and magnesium, a source of protein. No added sugar, gluten-free, vegan, certified organic.

How to prepare your porridge

• As porridge: 3 to 4 tablespoons in 150 to 200 ml of hot water or plant-based drink. Mix well and let sit for 3 minutes. Do not cook in order to preserve the aromas and properties of the açaí.
• As a smoothie bowl: mix with a minimum of liquid for a very thick texture, then top with fresh fruit, hemp seeds and coconut flakes.
• As a smoothie: add 2 tablespoons to a red fruit smoothie to boost its nutritional profile.

FAQ

What is açaí and why use it in powder form?

Açaí is a small purple berry native to the Amazon, harvested from the Euterpe oleracea palm. Highly perishable in its fresh state, it is generally freeze-dried (cold-dried) to preserve its nutrients — particularly its omega-3s, antioxidant anthocyanins and vitamin E — in a stable and convenient format.

Does this porridge have a very strong red fruit taste?

The flavor profile is fruity and slightly tangy, with the natural sweetness of banana balancing the acidity of the strawberry. Açaí brings a very characteristic slightly chocolatey and earthy note. It is a complex and pleasant blend, not an artificial candy flavor.

Do I need to cook this blend?

No. The preparation is instant: pour your hot or cold liquid, mix and let sit for 3 minutes. Cooking is neither necessary nor recommended, especially to preserve the anthocyanins in the açaí.

Is this product suitable for children?

Yes, from 3 years old, in an appropriate portion, provided there is no allergy to tree nuts. The fruity taste of this blend is generally very popular with children.
