How to use Altho's Organic Green Anise for infusion?

Instructions for use

Prepare a decoction infusion. Boil 1 teaspoon of green anise seeds for 2 minutes in a 150 ml cup. Then infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.

Drink 1 to 3 cups a day, after meals.

To stimulate milk production, combine fennel seeds in the same quantity, and drink 5 to 6 cups a day.

It is recommended to respect the advised doses, to ensure a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
