How to use Altho Organic Linden Sapwood?

A decoction is prepared every day with 3 to 4 sticks in 1 liter of pure water. Let boil for 20 to 25 minutes. Filter and put in a thermos. Drink during the day, preferably between meals.

10-day treatment, renewable once.
